Cookies Smarties
Do you want something sweet for this week? Took a few days thinking of how I could make some crackers new, not-yet-been tested, and to see the Smarties in the house I thought that had to be impressive inside of a biscuit and So it was!
What fun recipes for cookies is that you can add anything to the main mass, vary the amounts that are edible (for example, when you add Smarties to reduce the sugar) and you can always innovate with this type of confectionery.
Had not ever tried and it seems to me that they are incredibly good, if you like sweet no need that I tell you that you have to try them out.
But yes, I still believe I can improve the recipe or the steps, because some Smarties will have discolored a little but the taste... it's Incredibly delicious!

Ingredients
- 100 grams of chocolate chips
- 190 grams of Smarties
- 80 grams of brown sugar
- 80 grams of white sugar
- 300 grams of flour confectionery
- Two teaspoons of baking powder
- 150 grams of butter
- 2 eggs
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
In the first place we are going to put the butter at room temperature or slightly softened in a bowl with the sugar, beat until both are well united.
Then add the two eggs and continue stirring to mix.
Add the flour previously sifted and the yeast. Continue beating and stirring to avoid lumps.
Once you have it, it will be time to add both the chocolate chips as the Smarties to the cookie dough, knead it, so that they are distributed in a homogeneous way.
Put the oven to preheat to a temperature of 180 degrees, place a baking sheet near where you have the dough and put a bit of baking paper or greaseproof paper.
With two teaspoons small seen picking up mass and making the servings for biscuits, you can post them directly on this type of paper that does not stick.
Let distance between a biscuit and another with the heat will tend to grow and may stick.
Once the oven is ready, put the tray in oven for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, the idea is to brown a bit so they remain crisp.

There are different ways to prepare the cookies, I've followed this procedure but there are some who add the Smarties at the end about the cookies that are already formed. With the success that they have had at home I will make them and because I tell you what is the best way!
